Federal Court Of Canada Offered Settlement for H&C

Hi,

I just confused what does this term means " Settlement Offer " I literally would love to know more about this new words, hence the Court statement is not clear I genuinely looking to know more information does this really means an application for Leave is granted or not yet ? I guess court just is lazy as this Marc miller/IRCC they are doing these days because i guess court want to resolve this issue between the parties without involving Judges.

if someone have same similarity such as case share your experiences but only for H&C Because i found out lots of data regarding " settlement offer " for TRP. however this is for PRV.

This has nothing to do with being lazy but an attempt to deal with backlogs and resolve things faster. What is being offered? Also not unusual if you filed JR and not new.

Well, I don’t know why member of public has to be a victim of “ backlogs “ I mean this has nothing to do with Clients/ Applicants why they have to be in pain for unlimited applications like 3 million or 4 million, why member of public has to care about it? While this lebral government has several BRO access to the country, I just give you a simple example: you have a house party tonight and you have only 25 spots for people then why are you sending more invitations card to folks and dudes since you don’t have enough space?? Imagine dealing with this immigration Marc miller/Ircc it’s same like that house part it’s so ridiculous!!

for second part of your comment: I don’t know exactly what’s the content of the offer but all I know it’s for JR to negative decision on H&C so what is mean of “ settlement “ ?

The settlement offer is often best for the actual person applying because it gets resolved faster and limits costs. You do realize that the government is not in control as to who applies for JR. Many also file JR without significant grounds as a delay tactic.

What is the actual settlement offer?

Exactly that’s what I meant, like everyone is not supposed to be file for JR I know it’s easy to file JR and just pay $50 for fees but it should be restrictions for many people because majority of them don’t have enough grounds to be grant application for leave this makes messed up of total processing.

3. OPTIONAL: offer to settle
There are some cases where the refusal is so patently and obviously unreasonable, that it may actually make sense to try and preemptively communicate with the Department of Justice (DOJ) prior to spending significant time and money litigating the judicial review. Dam it says still no guaranteed to get approval still has high chance to refused again, dealing with immigration Marc miller/IRCC not easy !

please send him back to Sweden !
