did you always had EG not started and BG in progress on tracker ? Mine still says that and there as a ghost update yesterday on tracker but nothing changed.

yes, until yesterday it was Not started under eligibility and it went directly to completed today

Sorry if its a stupid question but how do you get to know about the ghost update? Do you get an email about an application update or it tells you in the tracker about an update?

you will get a mail that they updated your profile but you don't see any change
