Problem linking application to Online Account

Hello,

I am trying to link my Spousal Sponsorship application to my online account but the system replies "we found no applications". I already double checked all the information I put in. I already received both AOR's, so I don't know why it's not being found in the system.

Does anybody have and tips ?

In the number of applicant, try adding the sponsor in there eg. if you have 1 applicant, add "2" instead. Worked for me.
