I received GCMS today and found everything has been passed since Nov 2024 including background and security on Dec 05 there was a note like a client request for urgent processing and no sufficient evidence attached and the file is in the queue for finalization (ready for landing) so what it means? can anyone explain this.. however cic and ircc portals are both blank nothing is updated there. applied GCMS on 9th but got it in 20 days.

I think this can be means that you asked them for urgent processing, but you didn't give them any evidence as to why you felt it was urgent to have the urgent process done.

PR Ecopr & confirmation finally dropped
Application received Nov. 31, 2022.
Passed eligibility April 2024.
P1 & P2 concluded btw Nov & Dec. 2024.
ECOPR received Jan 10, 2025.
Office is Mississauga, but Montreal processed PR, I doubt why.

Dependent file sent to Accra since April. Is there a way to link her application now I have PR? I already applied for a TRV for her too.

Advice: Don’t stop sending those guys Webforms (disturb them, because once your application crosses or gets to official processing period, they should have no excuse not to process and finalize).

It is a grueling waiting time, but, KEEP HOPE ALIVE.

If possible, while you wait, apply for RTD to go see family and ease tension (this helped me a whole lot as I was able to travel twice b/w 2023 & 24). I am applying for another RTD now, 5yrs eligible.
