Urgent - Need help - PGP 2024

I recently submitted an application under the 2024 Parents and Grandparents (PGP) Program to sponsor my parents, but I received an email stating that my application does not meet the requirements for processing because I was not invited to apply even though I got an email to apply for the program.

I would like to request clarification on the reason for my application's rejection. Specifically, I would appreciate confirmation on whether:

1. My application was rejected due to the absence of an Invitation to Apply (ITA); or
2. There was any other issue that led to the rejection.

What steps should I take now?
If I submit the web form, will they reconsider?

Please do review the docs you uploaded / submitted.
Incase you have missed to upload the page of ITA which has a reference number / bar code, it may be possible that the system does not recognize as valid ITA and officer has returned the application.

Yes I reviewed the uploaded documents and I have attached the letter of invitation.
