With only a high school diploma that closes most economic pathways. Do you have cyber security experience at a well known organization or could you pass some sort of high level skills testing which would indicate you have exceptional skills? Do you live in Syria? If not have you been recognized by UNHCR as a refugee?
If you’re highly skilled you can try to get a job offer in Canada but that may be very tough to do. It may be very difficult for you to get permanent residency.
