BOWP Refused, out of status now

Hello I recently got Bowp refusal letter due to missing nomination certificate. Anybody has the familiar situation; can't work as I am out of status now. Pnp ee based on job offer;
please suggest.

Sorry to hear about it. They always refuse if a PNP applicant doesn't upload the nomination certificate while submitting their BOWP application. You have to restore your status within 90 days either as a worker or visitor now.

You can't apply for BOWP .

To be eligible for a BOWP, you must

• live in Canada (and intend to live outside Quebec) at the time you apply for your BOWP
  • You can leave Canada while we process your application.
  • However, if you leave Canada after your work permit expires, you can’t work until your new application is approved.
• either
  • have a valid work permit, or
  • have an expired work permit but maintained your status as a worker, or
  • be eligible to restore your status and get a work permit
• be the principal applicant on your permanent residence application
• have no employment restrictions as a condition of your nomination

I submitted the application for restoration Bowp. Don't know if it's gonna effect my PR application. So

So now I can't apply for restoration of bowp? Though I was a worker before my status expired. So what options do I have now.
