Another observation is that IRCC is using AOR in certain cases to prioritize ecopr issuance. If AOR date is very early, ecopr is prioritized even if it is a Dec-P2 or Jan-P2.

I hope so. My AOR is aug 2024 but my P1 and P2 was January 2025
