I'll try that. Has your been approved already after applying on the 10th Jan?Ok you can call the automated line and check the status. If it directs your call to the agent that means there have been decision on your file.
No I mean, did you try calling the contact center already to check?I saw on other thread once your old pr card status shows invalid they received the new card within a week. Let's see if I receive this week.

Update. Mine got sent out on 28th.I did this morning and was told card was mailed out on the 24th.
Submitted PR card renewal application January 7th, received card in mail on January 17th. Still no status change in the online portal - it still shows "submitted".
Submitted my wife's application on Jan 3rd - still waiting on the card -- anyone know why this is the case and when it should arrive?
