Supervisa invitation - to support during surgery and recovery

Hello,

I have a surgery in April and I want to invite my mom over to be with me. In the past she applied for vistor visa thrice but it was refused every time due to string ties to Canada she won't go back which is so not true. Now that I have surgery in 3 months I am scared and want this application to succeed. I need help drafting a letter as the consultant I hired charged 1000 CAD but refused to write the letter. I have checked out some templates already posted nut I looking for one related to medical condition of invitee. Kindly let me know if there is one or guide me.

So is eligible for supervisa meeting LICO, passed medical and a year of health insurance? If refused three times then she still needs to address reasons for refusal. Letter of invitation explains that you want her emotional support during recovery.
