Wait until you have the full 12 months of work experience before you submit your application.

You won't be able to get invitation if you have not completed your one year did you changed dates? It can call misrepresentation of the application

As scylla mentioned, no need to decline ita. You simply need to submit your application only after completing 12 months of valid work experience

Well, it happens all the time. It's a known issue. You get eligible at least month in advance.

Start preparing ur documents it will take time

Well, it happens all the time. It's a known issue. You get eligible at least month in advance.
