We submitted our application on Jan 4th as well, I'm really debating on withdrawing it and going for outland with these updated timelines

I would wait 2 or 3 months and see if I get AOR. Outland can also change to 24 months next month. You don't know. With IRCC everything is possible

Is it even possible to submit an application as an Outland applicant while living in Canada with your spouse?

Good day, we applied PR non EE last july, we have AOR already, my 4 year old daughter( dependent) is currently on visitors visa and shes going to school this year( Kindergarten). My question is can she attend school with tourist visa or do we need to apply for study permit? And what are the requirements for student visa? Thank you

She will need student visa.

I received my Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) for my Inland Spousal PR application, but I'm having trouble connecting it to my GC Key account. Each time I attempt to link the application, I receive an error message stating that some information is incorrect. Additionally, I've tried creating an account for the PR tracker, but I don't have my Unique Client Identifier (UCI); I only have my application number.
Can someone help me with this?

Hmm for GCKey, have you tried increasing the number of applicants by adding +1? Instead of just entering '1' for the principal applicant (PA), try to include the sponsor as well, making it '2'

For the UCI, have you dealt with IRCC before, such as for a travel visa? The UCI remains the same for a person across all applications, so you should use that

I have tried with 2, but still its not working even I have used UCI from my previous application but still same problem.

Is it possible that they haven,t put my information into the system yet, I received my AOR yesterday at 9 PM.

That too. I would wait a few days and try it. I know the adding 1 works because it worked for me, there are a few articles about it here and many people confirmed it works. Good luck!
