Always you get biometric letter just before PPR or together

I'd say at least your file is moving. For me, applied on July 26, biometrics & medicals passed on Aug 7, eligibility updated on Oct 4 (tracker) and nothing since then.

By the way, I had additional documents request for spousal sponsorship and it only took a few weeks to process and get PPR.

Good to know that it took few weeks I though might take 6 month or so. I was asked for my dad’s govt job details and all rank and such details. As it look like they are processing applications. You will get good news soon

Usually for TRV, they take 5 business days to add additional documents to your file. Hopefully, the visa officer can look into it at the same time they add it.

I think it’s background check, they added it to file as I received an. Email that we got your documents. Not sure if they do background check on dad’s job thing. I want to be positive abt this but getting very impatient
