Or you could ignore that possibility, except to point out to IRCC that any non-flying alternatives would take tremendously long and be insanely expensive (just the part above - Turkey to Italy - is 24 days and pricing starts at ~$27k Canadian, out of reach of practical specialized opthalmological care) and therefore, for all intents and purposes, is NOT a practical solution and please issue me a PRTD so that I can return later.

There's cheaper options. Like I said, if they can travel by land/sea this March/April to Rome before that Princess cruise sails to USA. That's starts from US4000 (inside).

I think there's a lot about this situation that does not make sense, nor have easy solutions. Getting a PRTD doesn't fix everything.

I think I made this clear early on: "And even more bluntly: you should ask these questions of yourself and your family. It may be that moving to Canada is NOT the right decision."

What is definitely NOT helpful is posting an asinine suggestion someone spend tens of thousands on a luxury cruise when that absolutely does not resolve any of the issues.

So writing to IRCC absolutely does not resolve their depression? Then how was it even helpful?
