My father was thinking of visiting my sister in USA, what happens when he gets ppr request while he is in USA not in India anymore. Do I have to inform ircc that he is travelling to USA etc.

Can you please suggest if I need a governmental property valuation for the fixed assets like house etc. for super visa? Or the below affidavit is ok to be submitted as part of proof of funds?

I am also adding 6 months bank statement.

I was planning to get the CA certify all the proof of funds and add a line to show that the property is worth $$$$. would that suffice?

Did you provide a seperate CA certificates for POF and property?

For me I had CA evaluate the property and agricultural land my parents had. He did write that house and everything worth this INR. It depends on you, if you want to write it’s your choice

Thanks. Did it have a similar wordings like the affidavit which I have pasted in my original post or did it have details like measurements of land, type of property, rooms etc? If you have a format i word can you please share it. Thanks in advance.

Me, got adr request. Now waiting. I have long way to go. No one else got govt employee information asked. I see it shows background check in progress as it is

Yes i guess. Hope they will process it very soon. As i am seeing on other threads people who applies in jan also getting ppr. So i guess they are speeding up the things now.
