Received PR Confirmation Portal email, but I am inside Quebec and my intended province is not Quebec

have been residing in Quebec waiting for my PR confirmation, with plans to move to another province if I am approved as I do not have a CSQ.

Since they're asking for my residential address, can I provide my QC address? Or will that cause issues?

I already have a BC mailing address. Should I just put that instead for my residential address?

Thanks all

You are being asked what your residential address is not your mailing address. Giving the BC address would be misrepresentation. The fact that you have been residing in Quebec is problematic

I am asking if I can provide my intended residential address prior to my move, or if I should just wait until my move. I believe I have 90 days from receiving the PR portal invitation to respond?

The IRCC questioned my being in Quebec, and I provided a letter of explanation that my stay in Quebec is temporary, and I'm just waiting for my PR confirmation if I'm to move. There is nothing wrong with staying in Quebec on a work visa waiting for my PR to process--this is confirmed by two lawyers and by the IRCC in that they have progressed me to the portal stage after receiving my letter of explanation.

You should wait until you move.
