HELP!! super-visa rejected for in-laws

Hello,

We applied for super-visa for my in-laws and we have all the documents required including the insurance.

This is the response we got:

PG-1 requirements have not been met.

Unable to figure out the requirements its talking about. Could you please share any experiences.

Does your NOA shows that your spouse meets LICO or that you are also are a sponsor so family NOA shows you meet LICO?

Hello @canuck78, by NOA you meant Notice of Assessment right? As per this page: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/parent-grandparent-super-visa/eligibility.html#minimum

We are a family of three: me, my wife and our son. We have applied for my wife's parents. So total it would be 5 people.

I understood as since its my wife's parents, her NOA of 2024 has enough for more than 5 people. i.e., $61,920

Adding this my NOA is very much sufficient for the LICO. Still got the rejection.
