My mother's application timeline:
Applied on July 02 2024
Biometrics - Already completed from last Super visa application was accepted, expired because passport expired.
Medical Request - Oct 25 2024
Medical Approval - Nov 29 2024
PPR - Dec 5 2024
Passport received by IRCC New Delhi - Dec 19 2024
Passport received at home with visa stamped - Jan 16 2024
Additional Info: Previously I believed the super visa was given until passport expiry but this time they have given visa for 7 years. I think its according to Super Visa Timelines.

One of my friends mom got her ppr applied in August. Got last week.Got an email from ircc asking abt my dads govt job details like a table to fill out what position dates and duties and all. Looks like a long path for me
Just see it as a good sign. Atleast they started working on your file. Hopefully you will get good news soon once you provide asked information.
