I applied for a Canada visitor visa, which they approved on December 18th. They sent me the approval form. I was given 30 days to submit my passport but didn't check my email, and the 30 days were today. Do they count public holidays as well? Or can I walk through to submit it without an appointment? Please, someone should give advice. Thank you!

30 calendar days. Why can’t you send it by courier? What do you mean by “walk through to submit”? Submit in person - where?

Check with your visa application centre to see there's option to submit in person.
