Super visa rejection in 4 days from submission

Applied through an agent for my parents. Submitted all the docs. T4, NOA, Pay stubs and income is well above LICO requirements.

History: 1 visitor visa refusal

Agent is saying that IRCC has never sent a refusal for super visa in 4 days. Also agent said the refusal looks like a mistake from IRCC and the refusal could be a system generated one as it is mentioned as "Visitor visa" instead of "super visa" in the refusal letter.(we submitted medical insurance, upfront medical exam as well)

Kindly let me know if,

1. Anybody faced similar situation before?

2. Does it really say "Super visa" in refusal letter?

3. Does IRCC rolled out any system checking recently?

Thanks in advance

Thanks in Advance!!

Included health insurance and passed medicals. What were reasons for refusal?

Insurance submiited.
Upfront medicals uploaded. But it was in progress.

Refusal reasons:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/ section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• You have significant family ties in Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• You have limited employment possibilities in your country of residence.

So you can raise a webform, and ask for reconsideration and you feel there was an error. Or you reapply and address reasons for refusal.

Yeah, just got a supervise refusal in 2 days, so your consultant is a little out of touch.

I thought Gov simplified Super Visa option since PGP is no longer available. Take this refusal reason to MP and demand your right to be reunited with your family! They should not be deceiving Canadians by saying PGP is closed and advising to go with Super Visa option while they are treating super visa requirements as normal visitor visas. This refusal directly means that Feds are deceiving public by advising to apply for Super Visa option, putting elderly parents + their Canadian children under huge stress refusing the applications.. what was the point of submitting your financial information if they are looking at elderly parents' employmen??

A supervisa remains a visitor visa that is not guaranteed. A supervisa was never meant to replace PGP but was a compromise to offer and option for those who wanted to attempt to visit Canada for longer periods of time. An MP can not overrule processing. Ordering GCMS notes and addressing concerns would be much more effective.

Could be but I know with prior super visa refusals, when they included MP letter demanding from officer to approve case, it was approved within 5 business days. I think it's unreasonable to ask for employment information from parents if you are submitting your financial information from Canada and a letter that you will support them while in Canada. Whats the point of Super Visa if they will refuse it with nonsensical arguments as mentioned above.

How long a visit did they request? If over 6 months are you sure the agent didn’t fill out the application incorrectly? Looks like they may have been processed under normal TRV. Save your money and reapply yourself.

An MP can not demand anything from IRCC. They can inquire or ask if reconsideration is possible. The outcome will still be up to IRCC or the minister.
