PGWP + SOWP HELP Before January 21

I finished my program on Dec 12 but I can’t apply to PGWP + SOWP before January 21st because the College won’t issue the Completion Letter and Official Transcript until first week of February as they are delayed. What can I do? I can’t believe all our effort from last two years is trashed just for a few days of not getting final official document. What can I do? I am so depressed.

Nothing much you can do. When does SOWP expire? Do you have a job?

I have a TEER 3 job. My spouse OWP expires in May. But based on my work experience it would be almost impossible to get a TEER 0 or 1 job, or any of the listed TEER 2 or 3.
I worked 17 years in a bank in home country, and just got my degree as a baker (baking and pastry chef).

Your spouse should try to find a job with LMIA and apply for CWP.
