Hello! I have a question for you please . I have a same case like your wherein my dependents are outside. I have received Pilot program letter along with the biometric instruction for myself and my overseas spouse additionally, I have received another letter DR2 request letter checklist addressed to my spouse saying that She has to submit all the form like IMM0008 , 5669 etc. which I already filled when I applied for PR for myself and for my dependents. My question is do I have to resubmit them again or my wife ? Please response as that would help me alot. Thank you.

Yes, you need to re submit what they ask in your dependants checklist and be aware that there is a due date to submit those documents to be part of the pilot program. The checklist should be only for your wife, correct? Unless the letter states ¨
If you have previously submitted the information requested in this letter to us already, please do not resubmit the same information and disregard this message.

Could you plese share how did you get letter instructions for the biometric?

I guess I have messed up in replying the thread …

you enquired about the biometrics instruction ? Is it?
Yes, I´m not familiar with that form DR2, in my case for his checlist they requested forms that we submitted with the PR application and some others that we didn´t include in the first place, like police certificate, birth certificte

Hello
Need your advice i am also in pilot program my dependent got Pre Arrival letter in December and after one week I received eligibility letter but in the letter it mentioned
The overseas office is responsible for processing the applications for permanent residence of your
family members outside Canada and will determine if they meet the eligibility requirements.

I don’t understand why they mention that overseas office will process the application while in pilot program it should be process in Canada.

DR2 is a checklist which has forms in it the one we filled up while applying for pr . I guess I’m a sponsor and my wife will be principal applicant when she will be filling out those ..
It’s soo confusing .

so, for biometric part when I initially applied for pr I have included my dependents my kids and my wife and have paid their biometric fee . I received biometric instructions for my self and for my spouse at same time . I did my biometric in Canada and she took appointment from vfs back home and gave hers ..
we can communicate more on email if you would like .. rajaahhad@yahoo.com

Hi!
It’s my wild guess since you’re sponsoring you spouse form overseas so the embassy will in that specific country will look all the documents etc that everything is in place and they will be the one who will issue the eocpr for them and their visa will be stamped their itself . it’s just irrcc process and it’s soo confusing .

I’m in the same boat with pilot program and recently gave my biometrics … seems it’s a long wait .
Could you please share your timeline ?

Please what about the security and info sharing??
Yes, when I asked the IRCC agent if the security check started, she told me I passed everything including security check and waiting for final decision. don't know about info sharing, I think I have to request GCMS note for that.

Meanwhile, I am asked to submit a client information document, which I don't have no idea what it is and I requested for clarification. I would really appreciate it if someone can tell me what client information document is??
