I applied for an Open Work Permit last Sept and submitted a Hong Kong Certificate of No Criminal Conviction as requested (Dec 18). But ever since there is no update, no messages, nothing. Tracker shows Bio, Med, and Eligibility in green and the background in blue. Anyone know how long will it take for IRCC to process this?
