Yes, this 3 months wait is completely absurd and doesn't make sense. It's just that they don't wanna be bothered which is why they're using this 3 months as a shield! Gotta give it bureaucracy!

A couple of them actually. Their eCoPRs were late September and early October. Both of got eCoPRs issued within a week after they called them in their 3 months mark respectively!

I got my P1 on January 9th, and I replied same day. and I got my P2 on January 10th. My visa office was Kitchener/Vancouver, but it got changed to Kitchener/Montreal. Is it a sure thing that we would have to wait 2-3 months for eCoPR ?

You are already ahead of time. Most of people from October had to wait minimum 2 weeks to get to P2 portal

Yeah I received my P1 on October 17 and P2 on October 30! 13 days between P1 and P2 and then 69 days for eCoPR on January 06!

What is wrong with them? they accepted very few application last year as compared to the previous trends inspite of that Processing time has increased drastically. what is happening? Our file is already approved they just need to print a document and that is it!!!! this is making me furious.
