PR Card Replacement - PR Portal's dashboard show "No Signature" even though already signed successfully and submitted, no AOR yet.

Hi everyone,

I managed to submit my PR Card Replacement application in PR Portal 2 days ago.
After finished everything, I signed the consent (a green box saying my signature successfully signed also appear on top of the page), and submitted it.
To my surprise that after submitting, I went back to the dashboard and found out the Consent signature box still stated "No signature", but the View/Edit button of the application already greyed out and show "Submitted". Is it normal if it shows like that even though we already signed? How did it usually show to you guys? Signed or No Signature as well ?
It's been 48 hours, it hasn't changed to "signed" yet and I haven't got AOR. T-T

Perhaps you should send a webform or call the hotline and speak to an agent to report this issue.
