Hi i got my p1 24 nov p2 dec 3 replied next day still waiting for exopr

What is your AOR date?

No, you are not eligible for PRTD until you get the eCOPR. as the name PRTD suggest permanent resident travel document, you are not a permanent resident until you get your eCOPR hence you are ineligible. You can come back to Canada on your current travel documents e.g. visitor /work/study visa but the moment you get your eCOPR, all of your previous temporary resident documents are invalid. Then you need either a PR card or a PRTD to enter into Canada.

I have an email from the IRCC stating that I have to apply PRTD even if I dont have a ecopr in order to return to Canada. Or they said i can pause the application only upto 90 days and have to return before that 90 days.
Even in the link i attached the eligibility doesn’t say anything about having a Ecopr it just says that you dont have a PR Card. Which I didn’t had.

Finally!!! after a long and stressful process we got our eCoPR.

You can enter canada with your old status before you receive ecopr is uploaded I travelled to US after my portal 2 amd entered Canada with my work permit no need of prtd

I got my p2 email on Nov 19 and finished actions the same day, still haven’t got any update on it. Anybody in the same situation did you do anything (send an email/ call IRCC) to get the ecopr?

Yes, same situation for me, I called the IRCC client support center and they just say it will come soon. I got my Portal 2 on Nov 21.

Every time that i try to call them, they hang up saying that all the agents are busy, I can not even stay in the line to wait. How were you able to contact them?

You need to be stubborn and keep trying. Usually towards the end of the day it works. However, it is not going to get you any information other than telling you which VO your file is in if you don't already know it. I personally get more support from seeing other people getting their eCOPR in this thread rather than calling IRCC.

Same timeline for P2 and nothing yet. I haven't sent any emails or made calls because I don't think it will have any effects

There is not need to send mails or make calls yet. Few people have received eCOPR for November but most people that I see are October P2s.
I know it will come eventually.
