FSWP Points Question

I am a graduate of a Canadian University and my CRS score is 489. My FSWP points out of 100 are around 77 out of 100.

If I apply for the FSWP, am I assessed on my CRS score or am I assessed on my FSWP points?

CRS but not eligible for CEC draws if no Canadian experience. Most draws are CEC unless French, trades, healthcare.

I have completed my degree in Canada and have 3 year of skilled work experience overseas.

For French, do I need a job offer?

No and since you have CLB7 then the next French draw you will get ITA. Congrats.
