inquiries citizenship revoked

Hello i applied for refugee based on Tunisian uprisings. muslims took power and i found myself oppressed due to my activism for freedom of religion , expression, speech , womens rights and Lgbtq etc as i feared for mu kife i had no choice but to quit Tunisia and made my way to canada in 2017 .

Our life was peaceful before it was a liberal and secular society but i dont want to rant now

so since 2017 my refugee was granted and enjoyed the freedom of speech and safety in Canada until October 2024 when i turned citizen.
i would love to apply for a student visa for my sister and pay her a lawyer and help her to move out i also take care of her medical health care she got a stroke and will move to tunisia next month to take care of all these
i wish to know whether my return will lead to any issues since it is only 4 months after being granted citizenship.
my case ia genuine i am a known activist and my caae was literally on news papers ,media outlets and i have been arrested numerous times .

Now that tunisia is kind of stable and my sister needs me the most it is the perfect time to get all her things sorted out .

my question is would my return impact my status especially i am intending to stay for a couple of months

Chances of her getting a student visa for both health reasons and due to your asylum claim are quite low. Yes you can visit Tunisia.

i’ve heard of that as a refugee it lowers chances to almost 0 in regards of your family come to canada however i was thinking it is irrelevant now that i turned citizen as all citizens are equal no matter their immigration background.

Returning to your home country will have no impact on citizenship.

If you obtained PR through a refugee claim then this generally lowers the chances of family members being approved for a temporary visa such as a visitor visa or study permit. However some are still approved.

That doesn’t apply to your sister . Of course your background will be taken into consideration. Becoming a citizen doesn’t automatically nullify on how you BECAME a citizen

ah before being citizen i was pr which was based on an asylum claim which means even i am citizen now it doesn’t change nothing to as if my sister will be denied entry

Being a Canadian Citizen doesnt guarantee Visa Approval for relatives who want to come to Canada.

It doesn't mean by default that your sister will be refused. You should still try applying. However your refugee claimant history will lower the chances of approval.

this discrimination will be forever no matter what even after 40 years of citizenship in the record you will be memorized as a refugee
