Address discrepancy for citizenship application

I applied to renew my pr card a few years ago and made some mistakes with on my addresses. I missed two of my previous addresses. For reference, I lived in the same city.

Will this be a problem when I list the correct dates and streets on my citizenship application?

Almost certainly not. If you're very worried, just include a short note that a previous application may have had some minor date/address errors.
