I don't think we can get passport faster as in lost case tatkaal service is not there. Btw I am still waiting for response from IRCC if they have lost my passport so have not filed police report, but please let me know if you have filed then how much time it takes to get police report.

@spathak2 police told me it will take around 20 days, So for now waiting for report because as i come to know we can”t do anything without police report

Unfortunately I don't have idea about your case btw if you have idea about my case can you please suggest if I should wait more and in case I get my new passport how to get TRV stamp as it's lost while sending for stamping.
