spousal visitor visa

I just applied for visitor visa to visit my wife but i have no ties home back the only ties i used is letter from my mum and letter from me explaining the reason for visit and invitation from my wife explaning them she will take care of everything when i go to visit her in canada do you think i have any chance to get approved after new policy?

So when did you apply for spousal sponsorship? What country? What new policy?

Hopefully approved soon but you only applied for spousal sponsorship today . As long as you shows ties to return, funds and travel history then has an okay chance. Your mother is not a tie. A tie is job letter with approved leave, business registration, income property etc. Why can’t you afford your own visit? Is she Canadian or in Canada.

she is canadian and we applied for PR and we got AOR and i passed biometric and medical...so with no ties to return its 100% i get rejected
