Hello, I applied for citizenship with my dependent child who is a PR under Canadian Citizenship – Minors – Subsection 5(2). Soon after applying, my kid went to his mother's home country (before receiving AOR) with his mother (she has not applied for citizenship yet). He and his mother are still back there and will be returning after4-5 months. I am in Canada. I am done with my test and background but LPP is in process. Since the dependent child is not in Canada, does it affect LPP or Canadian citizenship processing.

No as they don't see any change in status. There application completes once parents application completes in the end. Do note you need to cut PR card during oath for the kid too and joining from outside Canada for oath is not allowed.
Thanks. I mean the child left Canada even before AOR. Does that affect citizenship application? I am already in Canada full time. He will be in Canada before oath though.
