I am currently not working in Alberta or have a job offer. I don’t have the trade yet was asking if that is an option for me and what do I need to enroll for it
So Alberta is not really an option if not even in the province. It is your career so you need to decide what is best for you. No one can tell you.

I am also thinking of trades will be an option for me? And what do I need to do to achieve that
Do you have previous work experience in trades and also the required certification/education/apprenticeship?

thanks for your response. I am not fluent in french and regarding the pnp what options are available to me at the moment. Also, I have a family member in Alberta, is there any option availble for me there?
We are suggesting you learn French to give yourself options.

I don't think this is a realistic path if you don't already have the required certification and work experience to qualify for a trade draw. Generally it takes several years to be certified. You don't have enough time. Also keep in mind that you cannot get a PGWP a second time.

IMHO, a person in your situation would have to find a Canadian partner or spouse and then be sponsored by that person. I am not...repeat NOT suggesting any sort of immigration fraud; just calling it as I see it.

If you were to find such a person...it would obviously take you a long time to establish a qualifying relationship, followed but a fairly lengthy sponsorship process.

Can a blood brother (Canadian spouse) sponsor me then?
No. Not if he is married.

To sponsor you, he would need to be single and have no children. Also, both of your parents would need to be deceased and he would need to have no other family members in Canada.

is nova scotia pnp an option for me? I am open to relocate to any province
Do you have a job offer with a designated employer? Are you eligible for NS? Did you study in the province? If not, no. PNPs are no longer easy. Focus on the province you study and work in.

Also the chances of getting another study permit are likely low given your background and age and the fact that you were already a student. The one caveat may be something like a PhD. In general getting PR past 40 has always been extremely challenging but has gotten almost impossible in most pathways.

Hi.. My husband submitted PR application under Hongkong Pathway stream B on 29th may 2024 and included me as a dependent(m currently in pakistan) ..As he is working in canada but in PR application instead of choosing Economic catagory he mistakenly chose H&C catagory. we got to know this when we saw GCMS notes.. After that my husband submitted webform in OCTOBER for requesting for correction and we got reply on 13th NOVEMBER that our request is forwarded to relevent department for further actions but till now we received no email for correction .. We got our biometric done on 25th NOVEMBER but as we know our application is processing under wrong catagory.. What can we do now as we're really depressed and took every possible step we could do (called Ircc, submitted webform, contacted MP) but still no response from IRCC..

can you please suggest us what can we do for correction so that our application process fast...Thankyou

My honest guess is that you will have better chances of this getting processed properly by applying with an entirely new application with the correct stream chosen.

You can also write and ask them to 'change' the stream (as you've done) or just leave it to proceed, but there's no guarantee that will happen.

I could be wrong. But since this is a temporary public policy that they could cancel at any time, my inclination would be to get a new application in immediately to avoid having the window close.
