I reached Canada at the end of August.
I thought to stay just the first semester.
After one month i decided to extend requesting the study permit and doing biometrics.
I ve sent the IMM5646 and ask for a riconsideration but i didn't find a form saying request of riconsideration.
Also the agent told send page 1 and 2 of the form... But if you are refusing... Ask for a document no refuse directly.
I have it, it was just not requested in the doc to upload and also the Chek list is saying not mandatory...
So truthfully your situation is messy and you've studied now without authorization. It was never possible for you to attend high school on just an ETA. Ditch the agent and get advice from a lawyer.

Not true... You can check by yourself italian students can do in this way. Just over 6 months study permit is required but was not initially my intention.
I spoke with an immigration consultant i can stay in the territory with a new application that has to be evaluated.

What isn’t true? You can study up to 6 months without a study permit. You can stay in Canada while new application is being processed but cannot study and it is processed from Italy. In February, you will be out of status/overstay because you have been in Canada over 6 months so need to extend your stay as a visitor while you wait. Not sure what you mean by territory…if you mean you can stay in Canada, yes. Processing can take anywhere between 5-12 weeks, not including passport stamping.

No it's processed in Canada precisely in Edmonton. I'm applying within Canada.

Please this official website:

If a temporary resident also applies for renewal of their work or study permit before the expiry of their existing permit and their permit expires before a decision is made, paragraph R186(u) or section R189 authorizes them to work or study without a permit under the same conditions pending a determination of their application for renewal and only as long as the person remains in Canada

But you entered as a visitor, not a student on a study permit. So you are not extending/renewing a study permit and on maintained status that allows you to continue your studies. So link doesn’t apply to you. You are a visitor, and will have been in Canada more than 6 months so extend your stay as a visitor while waiting for decision.

Talk to an immigration lawyer, not consultant.
