Please Guys I need help, I got admissions to a 1 year program.

,if my 1 year tuition is 20,000 cad and I’ve paid 10k cad already for my first semester tuition.

Do I demonstrate a balance of 10k cad + 20,635 living expenses?

Or

20,000 Cad + 20,635 living expenses

despite paying my first semester tuition already.

$10k plus the $21k. The $21k is minimum so always good to show more.
