You can try to not include her but there have been reports of IRCC asking people to justify how a spouse is non-accompanying but is in Canada. That is always a risk of score reassessment.

So if she didn’t study in Alberta then she is applying through Express Entry And meets the requirements. Her EOI and EE profiles must match. If she has ECA then can include it.
Thanks for the prompt response. She works in Walmart in teer 5 job so she doesn't have e EE profile right now. This means she is not at all eligible for AAIP right?
