No it is not. You need to increase your score.

You can try to not include her but there have been reports of IRCC asking people to justify how a spouse is non-accompanying but is in Canada. That is always a risk of score reassessment.

Ok, but including her makes my score less, I dont know if i should take the risk

even if i tried learning french and got cl5 it wont make any significant change, unless i get an opportunity in Trades

One last question about AAIP , My wife has graduation & post graduation from india and she has done PG diploma from canada. For EOI should i mention her master from india or pg diploma from canada . I have checked scores are same for both

So if she didn’t study in Alberta then she is applying through Express Entry And meets the requirements. Her EOI and EE profiles must match. If she has ECA then can include it.

Thanks for the prompt response. She works in Walmart in teer 5 job so she doesn't have e EE profile right now. This means she is not at all eligible for AAIP right?

If she didn’t study in Alberta, then no. If she did then her NOC must match her education. Have you even read the requirements?
