I am a Masters in Engineering from Canada however, I do not have a PR and returned to my country in 2020. I was rejected once and the reason given was that the immigration officer did not believe that I had worked in the company in Pakistan for which I had shared my work experience however, I was not blacklisted. 5 years have passed, and I now have experience as IT Project Manager in a bank and this course of period have tried to look into a way to come back to Canada however, I was unable to find a route. My profile now stands as;

Is there any possible way for me to immigrate over provincial nominee? I do not have an issue giving IELTS as my last IELTS expired that had a score of 8 overall. Also, I am working on getting PMP certification by Q1 2025.
