Sorry to ask again but I am waiting for LPP and Oath. Test was marked as completed on December 16th. What are the chances my oath ceremony will be completed by Feb 7th? I need to fly to Europe for a meeting mid Feb and I am struggling to figure out if I should apply for a visa (Indian passport so can't go without one).

Agree, even if you get your invite today, for oath next week, you'd still need to account for time to apply for your passport and get it back.
For your own peace of mind, better to travel and plan with your existing passport accordingly.

So my husband applied in May and everything was processed within 3.5 months. Also, you can expedite the passport, he had to travel as well and he paid a fee and got it within 3 business days. This is mentioned on the website so I know this works. Also, I think the oath invite comes in closer to the oath date. His timeline was basically 1 week after LPP cleared, he got his oath invite for the week after. I think the current delays are due to the holiday but I am expecting things to pick up. I have booked a date for my EU visa for 3rd week of Jan (the country I am applying to processes them within a week, I had applied in 2023 with them). Just tired of getting EU visas, this will be my 5th time :/ really hoping the passport comes through!

So my husband applied in May and everything was processed within 3.5 months. Also, you can expedite the passport, he had to travel as well and he paid a fee and got it within 3 business days. Two of these steps can be further expedited if it comes to that. Once you get an oath date you can request a preponment by sending them your travel details. Likewise, passport can be received the same day you apply in urgent cases if the travel is the next day.

I took my exam on Dec 20th in Surrey and passed it. But the tracking portal is still not updated with exam information. Anyone else in similar situation? Should I reach out to them by giving them a call?

If you need expedited passport,

• Call the passport line to request to transfer the case to a local passport office near your location.
• Visit the office with all necessary documents and a valid confirmed flight ticket and payment confirmation page. (Preferred to have your details on that page for cross verification).
• In my sisters case, she got her case number after initial document validation from a basement office in EDM passport office, she was told to go to the first floor and wait for her case number to be called for, Only she was allowed to enter the office, May be another 30 min wait inside the office to get her name called by one of the officers, verified the docs, the officer provided a a confirmation slip.
• She was told to pick her passport the next day at 11 AM. (Her flight was scheduled to depart with in 24 hours).

Yes planning to submit a webform explaining the situation, hopefully that would make the next exam scheduling a little faster (a few weeks and not months).

I did mine on Dec 19, still not updated on the tracker. I called ircc today and they told me that i have passed the test.

Same is the situation for us. which office is processing your application - Niagara?

While there is not any update to the tracker, but got email from IRCC with instructions to download electronic Canadian Citizenship Certificate. Not sure whether its indication of decision made or not? Any experienced member can reply please.
