Hey Guys,

I applied for NB PNP NOn EE in August 2024 but no update so far. I called IRCC and they mentioned the same. My work permit expires 2026 Feb. What to do if I don’t receive PR by then how to be prepared and what are my options.

@Vaishnavi123 : I am not an expert, just sharing my thoughts- When you got your PNP nomination letter, didn't you get a PNP Work Permit Support Letter that allows you to apply for work permit or extend existing work permits without a Labour Market Impact Assessment? Not sure if this is standard, but I got the 2 year work permit along with PNP. You can also apply for WP extension which will enable you to continue your job till a decision is made on your work permit (nothing to do with Non Express Entry).

So far I had seen that only May third and fourth week applicants getting their results in every forum so I don't think they have gone to July applicants.

@salahfowi : You are checking on AOR status . Correct? Mine was 23rd July 2024 and I got AOR on 23rd Dec2024. So for sure they have passed May applications

I want to ask you a question, I registered with CPA Ontario. However, after consulting with my lawyer, I have decided to withdraw my registration with CPA Ontario.

I have already submitted my PR application. Should I raise a WebForm to inform IRCC about this update?

I got ADR on Dec 23rd. We completed them on Dec 30th. My wife's biometrics were updated the same day, but mine's haven't after a week. Is this normal?

Nah, I was checking about final decisions and portals. I got my AOR already.

It's because of long holidays in December there's a delay, they will roll out soon.

I have filed my Non-EE application on May 27 Everything else completed except for security check, when I called them they told me that it has not been started yet. I don't understand what's with them!!!
