Spousal visa Interview notice period

I have sponsored my partner's visa and we received the AOR couple of weeks back.
I'm the sponsor and (citizen) and I have a trip upcoming for about 4 weeks time. I am wondering would it be a problem if I leave the country for 4 weeks.
Main concern what if we called for an interview during this period? Can it be reschedule?
Also do they give enough notice prior to the interview?

4 weeks vacation is fine. It's not very common for IRCC to call for an interview.
And the notice time prior depends on VO that calls for it.

Yes, but you would want to avoid that if at all possible.
