Last year, I voluntarily withdrew my asylum claim in Canada before my hearing and returned to my home country. I had entered Canada on a visitor visa, which is valid until 2025, and applied for asylum at an international airport in Canada. When I left Canada, there was no cancellation stamp on my passport. My question is, is my visitor visa still valid, or has it been cancelled?
I also have same problem can I contact you ????

Assume your TRV has been cancelled electronically but you can confirm that with IRCC.
several time mail to Ircc but they give electronic mail
Do you have any solution I mean you solve or find any way to overcome

Just clarifying you sent a webform to ask about the validity of your TRV? When did you send the webform? If TRV has been cancelled you should reestablish yourself in your home country and reapply in 5+ years and see if you get approved.

Hi everyone, I have a question would appreciate any help: what if someone who was a refugee claimant still: with a work permit and brown paper, but no Notice of Decision yet, left Canada without informing IRCC or anyone? Can they come back?

You still have a passport from your home country?

no i was able to get an emergency travel document from my home country
This is extremely problematic for your refugee claim since it's re-availement.

Also, you should assume the visa you originally used to travel to Canada has been cancelled.

if i get a new passport from my home country, will i be able to? Has anyone heard of something like this before
You should assume your refugee claim is dead in the water.

Assuming you traveled to Canada on a TRV, you should assume that TRV has been cancelled and that another one is very unlikely to be approved.

Your focus now should be on qualifying and applying for PR through an economic immigration program like Express Entry from outside of Canada.

Emergency Travel Document is used to travel back to your home country. You cannot use the same to return to Canada.

In order to come to Canada you need to have passport and visa. The moment you apply for visa after getting new passport from home country that will be rejected.
