2 golden emails
1 Final Decision
And a bag full of 0 eCoPRssssssssss

IRCC also gave 0 fucks to all the applicants that've been waiting for a long time!

All the year end applicants will get their copr starting jan 3, ircc has been doing this since 2-3 yrs now. They hold back on year end copr’s and release them the coming year to fil the quota’s for next year, just enjoy ur holidays. Its not you but a strategy by ircc

I see the overview on my tracker was updated yesterday but i see no changes made to anything whatsoever, does this even mean anything?!!! This isn’t helping my anxiety

same is with me, last update on the file was Dec 16, but I don't see anything that actually updated. Currently I am waiting for my eCOPR since Dec 3 (day I summitted my Picture and address). However, application tracker details only show back ground check complete on Nov. 21, nothing after that. and I understand this whole thing is creating very bad anxiety but you are not alone.

Still doesnt explain why Spousal and common law get them first despite later than non-spousal and common law.

The funny thing is that they gave me an update on my BOWP/SOWP but not my PR!

I’ve seen a lot of discussion about this in the CEC WhatsApp group I’m a part of. If you check on this tracker, you can see that there are a bunch of people who got PPR but haven’t received eCoPR yet (sort by Portal 2 column): https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/cec-express-entry-tracker

It might be because the IRCC is slowing down giving out new residencies in 2024 and wants to put them into the 2025 quota instead?
