Then your application gets put into a queue waiting for a final review from a senior officer. Usually, they only start your security check if you have passed your eligibility. So your eligibility is probably recommended passed by the junior analyst. It's just waiting for a final review from a senior officer. Considering it is December right now, that senior officer assigned to your case is likely to be on leave. Just a waiting game at this point. Next time you call in, ask explicitly if they see if your eligibility is recommended passed or review required, some agents can provide you that information.
