Hi I tried posting earlier but received no response:
1. I submitted my photos for PR on Oct 30th. Since then it says in review. Does anyone know a timeline of how long this should take?
2. Can I drive in and out of the USA before I get the PR card?

2. What's your status in Canada and the USA? No wonder no response - not enough information.

1. Looks like you are waiting for your eCOPR. That's the wrong section for your question.
If you got your P1 and P2, you can look at the trend on similar PR applicants (family class? EE? PNP?) and see how soon others virtually landed.
Most posts under this section of the forums are about PR card renewal application. Members are already PRs and trying to find out if they meet RO (Residency Obligations) and on the timeline of their 2nd or following PR card renewal process.
2. Do you have a US visa? You are actually waiting for your landing and being outside of Canada when you virtually landed will create complication later on. Because you could become PR when you were OUTSIDE and it's not easy to count your physical days inside... since IRCC do not expect that to happen.

1. Which forum should i look on? I got PR through the CEC class.
2. I am a US citizen trying to bexome a PR in canada. I wanted to know if i could go into the USA while waiting for the PR to come through at this stage?

Here is the CEC section of the forum. Read some posts and find one related to your situation. I am not familiar with CEC.
