Hi all, I was asked to give biometrics for my mother and father.. I hvae booked appointment but now my father had an accident and not in position to go to biometrics office. Can i just ask my mother to go ahead and give biometrics carrying a doctor certificate for my father for not attending ? He will give once he is receovered which we are anticipating atleast a month but biometric has to be completed with in 30 days. Any advise please and thankyou

as long as you can provide them the reason, they can extend the period.

Those who did not receive anything yet - ADR/AOR/PCC request etc.. still noghing ? PGP is a slow process as I have been told but at times it gets tough to wait

Regarding PCC request : Do we have to ask that make sure to add sentence like " PCC issued from XXXX -till date" ? or we dont need dates ?


Police Certificate: The principal applicant and their dependant family member (if applicable) must provide police certificates from:
•
Their current country of residence if they have resided there for 6 months or more, and
•
The country where they have spent most of their adult life since the age of 18 (if different than current country of residence).

Do any one know if medical exam mandatory after " CPCM / CTDM - OVS SPR Eligibility Decision Letter " ?

I just received a general email that file forwarded to CPC Mississauga office with a statement "You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor". I did not know there is such a letter to expect and my past emails were already from this office.
Anyway it is just general rules on where to update any changes and nothing for me to do and asking to wait for next steps.
Probably means, praise the Lord and sit tight.

Just sharing this update to increase our collective understanding on the steps.

in my case, PCC submitted Oct 19th and the next update received on Dec 12th was for biometrics ( gap of ~54 days). So your next update could follow similar timelines

My file number starts with F001 and so your similar to yours. Maybe the initial numbering is based on submission date and time but thereafter progress will be dependant on various factors.
Surely, you do not need to fear

I received additional document request for eimm5669e form. Apparently I missed to add past history for one time period for my parent. The letter says that the form must be signed by hand, which means, I cannot validate the online form (with blank missing field - for signature). This should be fine, right?

We intend to print the form despite validation being NO, then ask my dad to sign it by hand, then scan and send it back to IRCC. Does anyone see an issue that could be raised by IRCC?

HI, I am asked to write resume for my father (principal applicant) since he was 18 years old. He did farming before starting his business. Did anyone wrote resume for farming? Can you please share the details or template how to proceed with that? Thanks!
