So , I'm getting trained in my company as an Overhead Crane operator .

The crane we have is 5 ton which is comparatively a smaller capacity

It doesn't need a certification as the Ontario law states mandatory college trade certification for 8 ton and above



But a workplace certification which is achievable.

After getting a letter head for Overhead Crane operator and corresponding job responsibilities .

Should that be enough ?

Only issue being my Payslips are showing Job Title as Strategic Developer (My current position) which cant be undone as it is from Head Office.

How much of an issue anyone thinks would it be, if any ?

Your job title sounds more like a data analysis position than crane operator. Considering how IRCC is waking up and trying to target fraud, it's best to get your HR to change the title.

The title doesn't matter if it's at least remotely close to what the job duties are being performed. However, in this case, it's completely different for what you're trying to claim. I agree with @forevermore76! You should consider ask your company to adjust your title. The VO will match the lead statement and the job duties accordingly. So, it's better to have strong documentation from your end. Nowadays, IRCC is not even asking for any ADRs. They're just rejecting left, right and centre even if the slightest error appears on the application!
