It is not cataract. Cataract may wait several months. It is critical operation. In the past when firs time my doctor find diagnost in my eye, they started my surgery immidiately. Not waited even a day. It happened several time non only once. Even in canada health vebsite mentioned that it is very serious problem. I wrote to health section, hospital. They replied that I should go to walk in clinic or my family doctor. I havent any family doctor, my health card expired.When I was in Canada my friend want to go aftolmogist, it took himm 4 months to get oppointment. I have seen it. May I wait? If you see this things, and there risk that you may ve blind, what you choose? Consider tvst earlier your one eye was blind and still it is not recovered fully. It is very easy to write that I should stay, to try, and etc, but is is not easy to risk to be blind

In my opinion: you need to focus on how to explain, briefly, factually, and without getting emotional or offended, your case to a CBSA officer.

My dictor still not allowet to fly me. But she told me that the process on your eye is going to stabilize. That is why I started to find ways for H&C. Hope my doctor will allow me to fly soon.

My wife mother has knee problem and can not walk and care herself. My wife takes care for her. Nowadays we did knee surgery. Then they will be ready to go. The situation is very complex on my case. Before it my wife father and my mother got illness. They got different time this illnesses. My mother got cancer, and my father in law was Alzheimer and got covid. We cared about them. Unfortunately both of them passed off. It affected our budget, mental health also. In this situation we could not return to Canada. I hope we will return soon to Canada.

• medical reasons– this includes medical conditions that:
  • endanger public health
  • endanger public safety or
  • causes excessive demand on health or social services (some applicants are exempt)

[Medical not an issue if PR was obtained from a spousal sponsorship]


financial reasons – if you’re unable or unwilling to support yourself and your family members
