Hello everyone, I am facing hard time identifying my noc code my title was Customer relations advisor, we sold telecom services and products cellphone,sim card we sold to customers as well we did for small business but I forgot to get that on the letter i got from them im not sure if they will modify it cause had to fight to get the letter but then job duties are as follow:-
As a full time employee, he was mainly responsible for following Duties & Responsibilities.
• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing telecommunications products and services, including cell phones, tablets, SIM cards, and internet connections. Provide expert technical advice and tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend appropriate products and explain technical features, benefits, and pricing clearly to clients.
• Demonstrate product functionality and advantages through presentations and demonstrations. Manage sales transactions accurately, including handling credit checks and completing necessary documentation.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Address customer inquiries and technical concerns with professionalism and empathy, resolving any issues related to sales or service promptly. Maintain current knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and technological advancements, and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and technical issues in CRM systems. Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on product performance and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business, and follow up post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve sales targets and participate actively in team meetings to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
