I´m a minor and i moved to live with my sister (PR) one year ago, im currently without a status in canada but i still attend to high school. I´d like to know what are my options to stay here and having the opportunity to study in an university paying domestic tuittions. Ps: I´m not available for sponsorship since my mom´s still alive and my sister has childs here, also my mom doesn´t live here

You aren‘t eligible to pay domestic tuition unless PR. Given you are without status in Canada, it will be difficult to get a study permit for post secondary as you need to show funds, ties to return, and justify costs.

As i looked up some universities let u apply for domestic tuition if you are not a citizen or PR, my worries are about how can i get a status here, in order to study here

You are not eligible for domestic tuition since your mother is not in Canada as PR, worker, student. Your bigger issue is that you are in Canada illegally, and have no status. You cannot apply for study permit within Canada. Hire an immigration lawyer to help you if you don’t want to leave Canada and apply from outside Canada.

How long ago did you fall out of status?

Unfortunately it's too late to restore your status from within Canada in that case. You will need to leave Canada to fix your status. This also means you are studying illegally right now. You should make plans to return to your home county as soon as you can.

You are worrying about the wrong thing.
You won't be eligible for studying in post secondary level without a study permit (and proof of funds to pay for international fee and living).
You are studying in Canada illegally and that being out of status and still staying here may impact other immigration/temporary resident (e.g. student/worker) application in the future.
(you are showing that you do not respect immigration status and visa validity.)

You need to return to your home country and plan your studying there.

Whoever suggested this plan had no idea they are likely creating an longterm immigration and traveling nightmare for this child and not just in Canada. Also may impact his mother’s ability to visit Canada. You need to return home asap not at the end of the school year. The longer you stay the harder it will be able to justify your overstay. At least as a minor you can attempt to blame the adults in your life. Being in a sanctuary city and being able to attend high school for free does not mean that it is legal or a good idea.
