I got a refusal letter stating”Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family members, if applicable)” on June 24th,2024
But I have made the necessary amendments and reapplied for a student visa in August 2024 yet I haven’t heard from them. I want to if my visa will be approved or denied

So you reapplied in August 2024. No one can tell if you will be approved. How much in funds (Cash in the bank) did you show? What is the program? Was that only reason and not will not leave Canada?

Yes, I showed them that. It’s approximately 2,000 Canadian dollars. The program is a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. I also stated in my sworn affidavit of return that I would be coming back after completing my studies.

So you only showed $2k Canadian? You need to show $21k CDN plus year of tuition. Also if a 4 year program you need to show that you can afford studies after year one. A sworn affidavit means nothing.

No, it’s actually more than 21,000 CAD. I paid my initial tuition fee deposit as required by the university, and I also received an entrance scholarship from the school. Additionally, I have received my Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) from the Province.

So how much in cash did you show? How much is entrance scholarship? You were refused for funds. Assume programs starts September 2025.
